Ready to get your house audited? Here are a few tips to help your inspector and your results:
1) If you have existing solar screens, but have removed them for any reason, inform your auditor.
2) Point out existing problems such as hot rooms, drafts, humidity to the auditor.
3) Ensure the auditor will be able to safely access the perimeter of your home, the attic, A/C vents, hot water heater and major appliances. |
